Announcement for Holders of Unused Baccalaureate Diplomas

The University of Batna 1 – El Hadj Lakhdar hereby informs students who obtained their baccalaureate before 2025, whose diploma has not been used (i.e., who have not previously enrolled in an Algerian institution of higher education), and who wish to enroll at the university, that the application period is now open exclusively through the official website of the University of Batna 1.

Application Period: September 1, 2026, through September 7, 2026
